Directions: Place shower candy on the opposite side of the shower head, this can be on the shower floor, soap dish, etc., do not let the water hit directly on the shower candy, while adjusting to the desired temperature the shower candy will start to activate, shut the shower door/ curtain while steam begins to form, once ready you will step into the aroma.

Let me say this , I got this sleep shower stream, I did not think it was going to help because I had a migraine and stuffy nose and couldn’t sleep, then I just gave it a try I don’t believe it made me sleepy but it made my sleep sooooo smooth and I slept HEAVYYYYYYY and hard .
