How to Use:

There are six sinus cavities on our face use the diagram to locate the cavities, take a quarter amount of the oil, and rub on your face where the cavities are, continue to rub in until oil has absorbed, then go blow your nose. Repeat the process as many times as needed until sinus cavities are cleared

Rosemary is safe for pregnant or nursing women. Avoid use with epilepsy. Not safe for children under the age of six years old.
